Good Watch, Good Style - The Good Relationship Between Watches and Clothes. Vol.10 Cartier - Santos de Cartier

How much wasted time do we have in our lives? Skimming through online news and social media, browsing online stores even when we have no intention of buying anything, playing games aimlessly... Whenever we have free time, we tend to reach for our smartphones out of habit, which is frightening. In an effort to change this habit, Toyoake City in Aichi Prefecture has proposed an unusual ordinance limiting smartphone use to two hours per day.
In the past, parents would tell their children to limit their video games to one hour a day, but now local governments have set dangerous limits on smartphone usage. This behavior, which could have a negative impact on the daily rhythms of citizens, is becoming a social issue. Looking around the city, there are many smartphone zombies, and if things continue as they are, we may see a direct message from the government. If only George A. Romero, the master of zombie movies famous for "Land of the Dead," were still alive, he could create a commercial or a compelling public service announcement (lol).
