14. Share the atmosphere on-site directly.
Our Shibuya store started to get busy and became quite cramped, so when Daikanyama Address opened in 2000, we were asked to open a store there. The first 10 years went by really quickly, and we didn't even realize our 10th anniversary until about two years later (laughs).
From the beginning of the company, the store and agency business were one idea, but when it comes to agency business, I have always valued talking directly with designers. This allows us to directly communicate the quality of the products and build relationships of trust with the designers. I also think that having a store is an advantage in that we can provide feedback from customers to the designers.
