12. All you need is nice things that you really love.
In 2017, 10 years after I established the company, I decided to have my son take over as president. I had been seriously ill twice and was no longer able to move my body as much as I wanted, and I was grateful to my son for all his hard work. I didn't need a title, but I decided to make him chairman. Well, what I do hasn't changed at all since then (laughs).
