It's no exaggeration to say that the Kangoo is the most common car seen on the streets of Paris. It's a representative example of the French brand Renault, and in Paris it's used not only for everyday use but also as a "work vehicle" for deliveries and maintenance. Its appearance, which fits so well into the City of Lights, is surely a completely different concept from the commercial vehicle in Japan.
This time, we will introduce the latest model of the beautiful SUV "Captur" proposed by Renault. Its slogan is "A compact SUV that breathes Paris." The moment you open the door, you feel the breeze of Paris blowing through. In fact, even without opening the door, its appearance exudes a sense of esprit.
Our guest in the passenger seat that day was Akane Suwa, a freelance bag and jewelry designer. While operating the large 10.4-inch screen in the center of the car, she calmly shared her impressions of the ride.
"When he came to pick me up, it looked compact at first glance, but when I got in, I was surprised at how spacious it was inside! There are a lot of cars that are big, but when you sit in them, it's surprisingly spacious, but this is the opposite, it's really nice. I don't have a driver's license so I don't drive myself, so I can't really say for sure, but it looks like it would be easy to drive even on Tokyo's chaotic roads."
