Tadayuki Kato's mental index.
<Ya> Vegetables
Speaking of Kato-san, it's definitely "vegetables." This topic cannot be overlooked. Apparently, he recently published a book on vegetables.
It's finally finished. My long-awaited vegetable book. It's a book of photographs only, with no text, but I've compiled a selection of photos I've taken over the past nine years into one volume. I actually have four or five times as many photos as this, but if I included them all, the book would end up being as thick as a dictionary (laughs).
Can you tell us how you came to publish it?
I think that vegetables and us humans are similar in some way. Of course, vegetables don't talk or walk, but they do think. Vegetables have their own thoughts, too. I hope that people can feel the energy that emanates from the vegetables themselves, rather than through words.
