Misako Yasuda (talent)

Born in Hokkaido in 1982 and raised in Kyoto. In addition to her work as a TV personality, she has participated in many major marathons, starting with participating in and completing the "JAL Honolulu Marathon 2008". In her first full marathon in 10 years since giving birth, the "Osaka Marathon 2025", she not only completed the race but also achieved a time of 03:50:40.

-How long have you been running?

16th year.

-What pace do you run at?

2-3 times a week.

-What made you start running?

I was told that if I ran a full marathon, I would be able to see something, so I ran the Honolulu Marathon.

- Your favorite city or course where you often ride

Omotesando, Akasaka.

- Average distance run per session

10 to 12 kilos.

-What has changed before and after I started running?

I used to get sick easily, but I don't get sick so often anymore. I have more time to face myself, and I'm no longer wavering. I've made more friends to run with, and I've got time for myself, not just as a mother or a wife.
