Running is one of the simplest sports. Anyone can start right away, so what kind of clothes and gear do these people choose, and how do they run? Let's hear about how stylish people get into shape while running!

Chapter 05 | NO RUNING, NO LIFE.

Rika Ogawa (athlete model)

Born in 1992. In the third grade of elementary school, she participated in a local track and field meet for the first time, and won her first prize in the fifth grade. In junior high school, she represented Yamagata Prefecture in the Junior Olympics. In high school, she also participated in the National Athletic Meet. In her fourth year of university, she became the first Japanese to win the 4x100m relay at the All-Japan Intercollegiate Championships. After graduating, she appeared in commercials and advertisements for sports brands and major companies. She also used her experience in track and field to teach running classes. She currently enjoys running in conjunction with her lifestyle while raising her children.

-What made you start running?

I was devoted to track and field from high school through college, so I've incorporated running into my lifestyle as an extension of that.

- Your favorite city or course where you often ride

I don't have a set route because I live in multiple locations, but I prefer routes in the mountains or along the sea where I can feel nature rather than in the city.
