If you're going on a gambling trip from Tokyo, Saitama is a good choice for a two-day, one-night trip. There are five public racetracks with races every day, and there are many bars that are cheap, delicious, and fast without pretense. After visiting three spots with actor Takashi Yamanaka and experiencing the kindness of the locals, I decided to come back again. Yes, if I'm going on a gambling trip, I'll go to Saitama.
Izumiya Main Store is visible as soon as you exit the east exit of Omiya Station. The store sign, written cleanly in black letters, gives a sense of its long history and pride. It was founded in 1947. It is a long-established store that has seen the good and bad of Omiya.
There is a small lantern on the eaves and a shop curtain bathed in sunlight. If just seeing the illustration of beer makes you thirsty, you must be a heavy drinker.
