I started to become interested in my own body. I started to pay attention to things that I hadn't paid much attention to before, such as my bone structure, my exercise habits, and daily changes in my physical condition.

I'm wearing "FuelCell Propel v5" by New Balance. It was recommended to me by the brand. The cushioning and springs are well balanced, and the ankles are well fixed, so I feel like there is less strain on my knees. I like it because there is no stress even when I run for a long time.

I use an Apple Watch and an app called "Fitness" on my iPhone.

Yokohama. The first full marathon I tried was in Yokohama, but I didn't have a very good result and it was a frustrating memory. So now I want to run comfortably again and update my memory.
