-What has changed before and after I started running?
When I run, my complexion improves and I feel like I have more energy. People who go to saunas often say that they are in a state of "totono," but I get in a state of "totono" by running.
-Why did you choose the clothes and sneakers you wear while running?
I received On's clothing and shoes and started wearing them. They are light and stylish, and I really like them. I especially love On's socks, which provide good support for the arch of the foot and help me keep my posture straight. However, they are starting to get pretty worn out because I wear them every day (lol).
NIKE pants have a small pocket on the back where you can put your keys or something.

When I was training for running events held around the Imperial Palace in the past, I found the Nike Run Club app very convenient to use.
