I usually don't run outside when the sun is strong because I go to the gym, but I do run about once or twice a week.
-What made you start running?
I played tennis as a child, and that's what inspired me to start training.
- Your favorite city or course where you often ride
I like parks. I can see the dogs and it feels good to run while feeling the four seasons.
- Average distance run per session
I run about 5 to 8 kilometers in about 30 to 40 minutes at a comfortable pace.
