Hiroo is a city where golf is so deeply rooted that there is even an area called Golf Street lined with golf shops. Jill & Rowe, which opened in 2022 in this area, mainly sells items that are different from traditional golf wear. The owner, Yun Hikaru, says:
"The clothes we select are simple and ordinary. Even if you think that most golf wear has a good design, there is no simple material, as it has a large design on the back or a logo or patch. Some people say that our selection is unique, but those who travel abroad often say that it is like the pro shops at local golf courses. With that in mind, we stock clothes with ordinary designs that are standard around the world."
