-What made you start training?
When I was in high school, I belonged to the rugby club and had time to do weight training once a week. After I graduated from the club, I got hooked on weight training and started doing it at home.
-Please tell us what benefits you have felt since starting the training.
You can do it whenever you want, even in a small gap. You can do it while doing other things. It doesn't cost money. You don't have to worry about your clothes.
-What disadvantages did you notice when you started training?
There is a limit to muscle growth and it is not as efficient as the gym.
-Did you manage your diet during your bodyweight training period?
I didn't do anything in particular.
-Please tell us if you have noticed any changes since starting bodyweight training.
My appearance has changed and I'm more confident!
-Was there anything you did to continue with bodyweight training?
To avoid feeling like it's too hard, I do it while doing other things. I do it while watching TV or listening to the radio.
-Please give us some comments or advice to encourage our readers to try bodyweight training.
Training can be tough at times, but I think it's pointless if you don't keep going. I think the good thing about bodyweight training is that you can do it in your own space without anyone interfering with you! In my case, I did it while watching TV or YouTube. Even when it's tough, you have to trick yourself and keep going! lol
