My previous workplace had a training gym attached, and after taking up training as a hobby, I had the opportunity to aim to compete in a physique competition, so I started personal training.

My attitude towards training, how I use the machines and equipment, my form, everything has changed. My motivation has also increased.

It will cost money, depending on the trainer's rates.

Since I was aiming for a competition, I was very strict about my diet.

Not only have my body changed, but my ability to continue, perseverance, and self-management of my schedule have also changed.

I always did the routine I was taught, even when I couldn't receive personal treatment.
