"Style Resume" is a series of interviews with adults who literally have style. Updated every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the commemorative 10th installment features Matsutoya Masataka, who is known for his wide-ranging activities as a musician, but is also known as a lover of cars, watches, and fashion. 09. I've never been more nervous during a live recording than I was then.

Shortly after recording with Takuro Yoshida, I joined the band "For Joe Half" by Tadashi Kosaka (a singer-songwriter and pastor, now deceased). We rented one of the US military houses in Sayama and the members lived together there. There was a living room and two bedrooms, and I was with Komazawa-kun (Hiroki Komazawa) on pedal steel guitar, and Hayashi and Tsugutoshi Goto (bassist) lived in the other room. The house was very humid and I didn't like living together, so I always went back to my own house. However, the song "Dinah Flo" by Boz Scaggs, which was always playing in the mornings at the Sayama house at that time, or rather, I played it as a hobby, made a lasting impression on me because it made me feel like "this is this house."
